They were living in an era where people were buying land, houses, automobiles, clothing, and so on with money they did not have. In the wake of the Great depression, Americans couldn’t continue to live outside their means. In turn, hostility and anger grew, challenging each other for employment and ways of living.  Backlash of the depression caused crime rates to elevate shaping a social and economic crisis.

Books and movies reflect on the past but can reinforce the values as a way of living. The changes in the Fed Reserve advantages are rule based systems have to help the central bank explain the actions to the public and assist the market with prediting what the Fed will do. Low interest rates benefit deborts at the expense of creditors is a monetary policy which has a powerful impact on people lives. Market observers spend a huge amount of resources trying to see what the Feds will do, but having a clear rule-based system saves a lot of collective time and money. The disadvantages are a damper on the economy and people businesses because its makeing it less expensive to borrow money. If the Fed Reserve lower the intrest rates targets to spur the economy out of recession. Businesses and consumers will borrow more and buy more things when the interest rates are low. I think the interest rates should be balanced out.

We will continue our experiential approach to the study of Organizational Behavior by engaging in a personal applied case on the topic of group dynamics and teams. As in Module 1, use the following outline to structure your 4- to 6-page paper. You may use the subtitles as headings for your paper.

Introduction: Discuss the topic of the paper and how you will approach it. It is best to write this section after you have written the rest of the paper.

Concrete Experience: Begin with a specific situation/event. Describe an experience with a group or team that was meaningful to you. I believe fracking is an action of self-reliance as it is pumped in the United States, and does not rely on foreign supplies. 

            In the third premise, being resourceful means having a way to produce a product in an efficient way. In hydraulic fracturing, shale oil is extracted from a rock by using a pressurized liquid source to allow the petroleum to leak out. Resourcefulness is an action that involves a fast and clever method to overcome a dilemma. Hydraulic fracturing circumvents the cost of shipping petrol overseas and reduces oil spills. Although it might be opposed for its methane leakage into water supplies, virtue ethics explains that what is resourceful is the most important. In addition, virtue ethics also describe how self-reliance is a virtuous action by helping the majority of people. Fracking helps the majority of people by providing a fuel to power their vehicles as a temporary short term solution. In doing so, it outweighs the negative consequence of environmental impacts within the area of hydraulic fracturing being worked. 

            Overall, I agree with the argument of hydraulic fracturing for petrol follows virtue ethics because it provides a resource for consumers to have at a lower price. It makes use of the abundant petroleum resources within the country in order decrease the dependability of foreign crude oil. Importing foreign petroleum increases fuel prices because of OPEC’s volatile marketing. I believe hydraulic fracturing is a virtuous action because it provides a temporary cheap method to produce petrol on a temporary basis. Hydraulic fracturing can be a resourceful and self-reliant method for the meantime while the electric vehicle infrastructure expands and grows.
