Please provide a 3-4 sentence reply to the below discussion question answer.
Answer: One of the identified barriers from last weeks discussion was a lack of understanding of the literature or research process. Nurses, in general, believe in the evidence-based process to improve clinical practice and patient outcomes but without knowing how to perform research or how to critique research studies this will continue to perpetuate the issue of implementation. One solution is to provide research workshops to provide foundational knowledge, research ethics, and literature review techniques (Black et al, 2015). Another solution would be employing the use of facilitators, those that can help guide nurses in the research process, framing precise questions, assisting in literature review, aid in the critical appraisal process of the literature. The facilitator would have had to have some training in evidence-based practice methods (Dalheim et al, 2012).
Original Question: Consider an obstacle or barrier to the implementation of evidence-based practice you identified in last week’s discussion. What are two ways to address this problem?

Global health refers to the health of the people contained in the context of the globe. It is defined as the study concentrates more on improving the health for all the people in the entire world by research and ensuring equity (Koplan et al. 2009). It deals mostly with the improvement of health, protection against health threats and disparity reduction among the citizens. Global health is different from international health in that; international health is a subsection of public health which is more concerned with the developing countries and developed countries. Global health is all about diseases including their prevalence across the globe and danger to reduce life in the current hays.
The book by name “where am I wearing “talks of a journalist who travels around the world to trace the origin of his clothes. He visits different factories and cloth makers trying to get information on where the clothes that here wear come from.
The writer is on a journey moving all around the world trying to establish where his clothes come from, as the title of the book suggests ‘where am I wearing.’ The writer on this book describes Coca-Cola as a killer. According to him, its products have caused many deaths to the people who have consumed the products. The main focus of the writer is to determine the hygiene of the companies producing his attire to decide whether or not they are attaining the right standards. Also indicating the expiry and manufacturing dates was a requirement to prevent their customers from consuming expired goods which would cause harm to them. The committee admitted that if the company is large enough, then it should be in a position to avoid the violation of the rights of its consumers. The welfare of the workers in the company especially their health safety is an important consideration which the company should focus on.
The writer also on a journey to search the source where his boxers are produced to ensure that they meet the set standards and the even the flip-flop which were made mainly for consumption by the poor in the society. These industries were found not to produce the required quality of the product as required by global health standards. The writer also talked on the fake blood, sweat, and tears. Some of the consumers consume products without knowing their producers, the channels of distribution and also the required standard the product should meet for it to be fit for human consumption. It makes them unaware even when the producers of the various products have violated their rights. It is where now the organizations concerned with the global health come in and intervene on behave of the consumers to ensure their health rights got violations.
Conclusion.
In conclusion, global health organizations should work hand in hand with the consumers to ensure that their health is protected as that it is their primary objective of existence and operation. The industries which don’t follow the required standards by the law should also be highly penalized and even closed down if they cannot comply with the laid down requirements. It would help much in ensuring global attain the maximum benefit of the citizens. Global health is an essential factor in the growth if the economy sine if everyone is in good health, there is increased productivity; hence the economy is at a better position across the world. This issue is affecting the world as a whole, and therefore a corrective action should be taken to ensure it is adhered to by all stakeholders playing their part accordingly.

Ms. A. is an apparently healthy 26-year-old white woman. Since the beginning of the current golf season, Ms. A has noted increased shortness of breath and low levels of energy and enthusiasm. These symptoms seem worse during her menses. Today, while playing in a golf tournament at a high, mountainous course, she became light-headed and was taken by her golfing partner to the emergency clinic. The attending physician’s notes indicated a temperature of 98 degrees F, an elevated heart rate and respiratory rate, and low blood pressure. Ms. A states, “Menorrhagia and dysmenorrheal have been a problem for 10-12 years, and I take 1,000 mg of aspirin every 3 to 4 hours for 6 days during menstruation.” During the summer months, while playing golf, she also takes aspirin to avoid “stiffness in my joints.”

4. Bioethics Case Study: This assignment asks you to examine a current ethical controversy case study. The paper is informal, but should be in APA style, and does not need an abstract or cover page. With a
minimum of two pages and a maximum of four pages A reference page is needed. In-text citations should
be in APA format. Papers will be graded on a 0 to 25-point scale.
EXAMPLE OF Case Study in Primary care:
One hypothetical case study involves Jim a 54, year old patient who has recently diagnose with hypertension and his Creatinine and BUN laboratory results are elevated, if left untreated, will result in kidney failure. The patient refuses to take the medication because he said it will affect his sex life The NP must work with the patient to respect the fact that he doesn’t want the medication (autonomy), and needs to find a solution that would prevent him from going into kidney failure and other complications, which is in his best interest (beneficence). Although medications are the best choice, forcing the patient to accept the medication will result in probably patient leaving the care (non-maleficence). Finally, the NP needs to consider the impact that the patient’s choices might have on others if he starts to go into preventable kidney failure, he’ll need dialysis, which affects other people who need the same treatment (justice). So before making the final decision the NP must consider all four principles of health care ethics, which will
help the NP make the choice that will have the best possible benefits for both the patient and society.
ANSWER THESE Questions?
1. What are the skills necessary for the provider to identify, address, and assess this clinical ethical
issue?
2. What are the provider’s obligations when a patient discloses does he not intent to follow the
treatment?
3. What are the ethical considerations in evaluating a patient’s failure to adhere to a prescribed
therapy?
4. Will you terminate care for this patient? What are the implications?

Dilemma Helen wants to move to a new community, and she is applying for a job with a small retail establishment. She is confident that she is fully qualified and will be able to perform well if she gets the job. The employer, however, has advertised for someone with three years of retail experience, and Helen only has two-and-a-half years. She is considering whether to exaggerate slightly on her resume in order to improve her chances of getting the job.
Helen asks three friends to offer their advice on what she should do.
· Henry says, “Go ahead and claim three-and-a-half years of experience; they’re going to be so happy with your work that by the time they check (if they ever do) it won’t matter.”
· Jennifer says, “I’m sure you’ll arrive at the best decision on your own; I’ve always known you to be an honest person.”

Introduction The study of ethics and philosophy is one that brings many different kinds of “thinkers” together. One person’s philosophy on ethics is another person’s philosophy on evil. We will be working this term on constructing personal ethical bases and understanding how ethical codes (both personal and professional) are created and followed.
To start us thinking about the different areas of philosophy and ethics, and how we fit into the different molds or world views, let’s discuss the differences and similarities between these views. To do this, let’s look at the role of right and wrong, laws which regulate behavior, principles vs. morality, and the role of ethics in our society.
Initial Post Instructions For the initial post, address one of the following questions:
· Do we need ethics if we have laws? Why or why not?
· Examine the issues with changing our own views of ethics based on the situation we are in?
· Can we “legislate” ethics? If so, how do you see this happening? If not, what are the obstacles to legislating ethics?
· How does Aristotle’s “virtue ethics” mirror your ethical view, or how is it different? Make sure to explain your reasoning.
Writing Requirements
· Minimum of 2 sources cited (assigned readings/online lessons and an outside source)
· APA format for in-text citations and list of references
