Instructions for student:

1. Exploring your personal learning style. Complete the Index of Learning Styles Questionnaire.
   1. Be sure to save the page with your results, then click on the link to read/review information about the different learning styles and suggested strategies
2. Identify/explore/reflect your current study style/methods.
   1. What have you used in the past to prepare for exams, quizzes, and assignments? Are your methods reliable and have you been successful utilizing your current study methods or do you need to re-evaluate?
   2. Identify strategies that have worked for you to maximize your time and identify distractions that impede your study time (Facebook, games, hours at work, etc).
3. Complete a Success Plan overview that discusses the findings from your learning style self-assessment, study style self-assessment, and self-identified distractions that impede study time. The plan should be supported by describing how your learning style, study style, and time management impacts your studying behaviors and by describing strategies for improvement. The plan should be in APA format for citations and references only and free from mechanical errors.
   1. No title page but make sure you have your name on the first page.
   2. Minimum of five paragraphs (4-5 sentences in length) double-spaced.
   3. Cite from website used and any other sources used.
   4. Reference page is needed as well as using in-text citations.
