Identify codes- no more that 15-20 codes that represent actions, interactions, responses or events in the text. You will refine the code as you continue to read and think about the blogs. Then combine the codes into 3-7 themes Then illustrate how these themes relate to each other through a diagram using the draw function of word or a concept mapping program. Grounded theory study: The purpose of the grounded theory study is to generate a theory on the social processes that occur when an Emergency Nurse Practitioner integrates into an Emergency Practice that has not had nurse practitioners or that has had very few nurse practitioners. - What are challenges you face in your practice
- What successes have you had in your practice as an ENP?
- How did you integrate into the emergency practice in which you are currently employed.
