Pharmacotherapy in Clinical Practice – nursing homework essays

In this initial course discussion, we will address pharmacotherapy to clinical nursing practice and the various ways that we learn about the latest drug therapies. For this discussion posting, you will explore the websites of drug industries and share information with your peers. You may choose from any of these websites: U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), FDA Orange Book, United States Pharmacopeia-National Formulary (USP-NF).
In your initial discussion post, each student will: 

Provide a brief summary about the website. 
Discuss how this information informs clinical practice. 
Support your opinion on whether or not you believe the website is a useful resource to stay up to date with drug therapy.
