2. Please watch this video montage from the hit TV show The Office. When your finished, discuss the conflict between Dwight and Jim and what approaches could be used to manage their conflict

3. After reviewing the two videos found in this week’s “video Files” section, discuss a change that needs to be accomplished in your life. It can be work, home, social group, whatever. Discuss the organization’s current situation, what change needs to occur, how you would make the change if you were in charge, and finally what the organization would look like when it was time to refreeze it.
