As you begin your second paragraph with a “summary of Amazon…”, you consider it to be primarily a service organization. Do you see any Amazon products that it produces? You also mention rebranding as Amazon of products from other sources. How do you distinguish between true Amazon products and those that are simply renamed and sold under an Amazon brand?
 
Question 2
NCS’s crisis occurred as it transitioned from the entrepreneurial to collectivity stages, if I understand you correctly. The solution was a revision of its structure, i.e., adding middle management. It appears that this was adequate to allow it to move on to the formalization stage without a change in its strategy. Am I right, or was there a strategic change as well?
