 A testable research question based on previous research related to your chosen topic and a description of your research question’s relevance to the field of psychology. Make sure to address your instructor’s feedback from Milestone One, in which you submitted your preliminary research question.
 A testable hypothesis based on the research question
 Abstracts for at least six articles that are related to the research question and hypothesis. For the purposes of this assignment, it is acceptable to copy
the abstract from each article and paste it into your paper.
 Annotations for at least six articles

 Description of the Topic
Breakfast is one of the most important meals that people should consider not skipping. Taking breakfast has an essential significance in every person. People who take breakfast are known to work faster alongside making few mistakes in day-to-day activities. Therefore, people must take their breakfast before proceeding to their day-to-day activities.
Preliminary Research Question
Coming up with a preliminary research question is also of great help. ​t​The research intends to evaluate the effectiveness of eating breakfast and its impact on an individual’s overall wellbeing and productivity throughout the day.
Preliminary questions help learn and understand concepts and skills of handling a specific topic (Bariatti, 2020). Therefore, the question will help better understand the topic and the type of sources to use, and where to get them.
Research Question
Research questions are also of great help. The research question of the topic will be, what is the importance of taking breakfast every day before going to work? As a result, I will make a plan for my research. Lastly, the research question will also help me foresee the potential challenges.
