How the content and assignments met the course objective
The content and the assignment met the course objectives by providing relevant information on how through implementation within an organization patient safety is perceived. Having a strong safety culture within an organization is the best decision an organization can make because it creates a safe environment for people living in such an environment. For a period of time now and through a different organization, there has been a measurement of aviation. It is important to note that an organization does a great job when they have a strong safety culture because they will be keeping both the staff and people in place safe. The objectives were also met when the organization made a decision on how coming up with a strong positive culture helps to reduce the incidences of safety. Over the year now safety culture has become the key indicators in healthcare facilities. Most of the ways through which content and assignments met the course objective using a different tool that may include the use of a survey.

The potential application of the course concepts can be observed by using different tools when measuring safety culture within the society. Some of the tools used include safety climate survey, hospital on patients safety culture, Manchester patients safety framework, safety attendants questionnaire, and patients safety culture in healthcare organizations. Most of the tools used by these organizations mainly targeted healthcare facilities like hospitals. Therefore an example of an actual application of the course week course concept is the use of a large number of tools that are available in measuring safety cultures.
Successes or challenges that you had for the week in terms of the course content
One of the many successes during the course content is how effective it was when using different tools to measure safety cultures. The organization used a different tool in different healthcare facilities in order to measure safety cultures. The tools were of great importance because they were relevant to the context of measuring safety culture and success as well. Some of the challenges are when transferring different tool from one country or place to another. Places and countries do arrange their services differently; therefore, this becomes quite difficult to determine the best tool for a particular country or place. Consequently, this gives an organization more tasks to inquire if the tool is relevant to the context or works in a given area.
