Review the 10 steps provided in this short case study and identify key processes that drive short and long-term strategic planning. Critical to this process is the organizations performance expectations as they drive future goals and accomplishments.
Deliverables: The post project for this lesson is required to be a minimum of 1,000 words that clearly demonstrate your understanding of the activity. Step 2: Read the following questions, and use what you have learned about Business Basic Startups to summarize your responses in a 1,000-word paper (APA formatting required):

Could procedures, policies, and rules play any role in future decisions and meet leadership needs? What are key drivers for this company?
Describe the impact that problem-solving, decision-making and logistics might have in an unprepared organization that lacks succession planning, based on the industry described in the case study.
Think of other organizations that you have worked for. In your experience, have they implemented any stage of this 10 step process for strategic succession planning? How could they have added this is this was not the case? How could they have expanded beyond the steps they did have to be more effective?
