  • review the CLAS site https://thinkculturalhealth.hhs.gov/clas/standards
  • using the attachment and the CLAS link to assess your HCO (Aventura Hospital) and your research, rate your organization using the Likert scale
  • complete activity in a word document, use headers to organize your content and comply with guidelines, submit in black board
  •  3-5 pages of content (excluding opening pages) APA 6th edition compliant word document, with a minimum of 5 references and intext citation, New Times Roman 12″  font using updated rubric. Disregard the 10 questions. under Accountability section
