Choose and describe a current ethical healthcare dilemma that has national significance specific to the baccalaureate prepared nurse specialty and practice. 2. Choose and describe an ethical decision-making model or framework that can be used to propose a solution to the ethical dilemma. Present the components of this model or framework. Provide support from the literature. 3. Formulate a solution/plan to resolve the ethical healthcare dilemma using the steps outlined in the decision-making model selected. Provide support for each step/phase of the plan from the literature specific to this type of ethical dilemma. 4. Explain the ethical principles and how each of the chosen principles relate specifically to the ethical dilemma chosen. Explain a minimum of three principles and include support from the literature. 5. Identify all stakeholders that should be involved in the decision-making process. Discuss the stakeholders’ perspectives and the degree of influence related to the ethical dilemma. 6. Explain how this solution can positively benefit today’s healthcare environment. Identify any ethical conflicts of interest that could potentially arise and discuss strategies to address and prevent dilemmas that are found in the literature. 7.
