In Project Two Milestone One, you reviewed the Project Two Profiles and selected one of the profiles. For this milestone, you will continue to analyze the Project Two Portfolio Calculation Template Excel spreadsheet as it relates to your chosen profile. In the Excel spreadsheet, use the marked cells area, below the financial data, to provide calculations and a detailed summary of how you selected investment options for your client.
To complete this milestone, you must address the following rubric criteria:

Forecast potential market impacts on portfolio recommendations, using the portfolio calculation template. Use the following calculations in your analysis:

Future trends
Historical data
Multiple time horizons

Measure the risk of different asset allocation strategies, using appropriate calculations in the portfolio calculation template. Address the following in your summary:

Risk of an individual investment to portfolio
Risk of portfolio

Compare asset allocation strategies and their risks with a client’s risk tolerance. Address the following in your summary: 

Risk optimization (minimize, maximize, etc.)
Strategies for asset allocation (age-based, life-cycle funds, constant-weight, tactical, insured, and dynamic)
Goal factors
Time horizon

What to Submit
This project requires one deliverable, an Excel spreadsheet using the Project Two Portfolio Calculation Template, with a 3- to 4-paragraph summary included. 

General Instructions:
Essays must be 4-5 pages in length (at least four full pages), typed, double-spaced, and in 12-point font in Times New Roman or Arial.  Except for online and printed sources assigned by the instructor, no other web or printed sources should be used (e.g., Wikipedia).  Please type your name at the top of the first page.  Essays must be submitted electronically through Canvas no later than the due date indicated on the syllabus.  Any assignment submitted after the due date will have two points deducted for each day it is late. 
Citation Guidelines:
Since you are using only in-class source materials for essay assignments, you do not have to include a bibliography or works cited page.  Use parenthetical citations to reference your sources.  Parenthetical citations should be placed at the end of the sentence or passage in which the source material is cited.  After the first full citation of a source, you may shorten the title of the document and use the author’s last name in subsequent citations, as indicated below.  Lecture material must be cited, too.
