Critically analyze “The Agile Transformation at Lego Group” (Sommer, 2019) and “The role of the first line manager in a Scaled Agile organization. A Case Study at Volvo Cars Corporation” (Ljung and Udesen, 2019).
Compare and contrast these relevant case studies with Mundra’s (2018) work. Suggest opportunities for improvement in Agile implementations.
Critique underlying assumptions evident in Mundra’s (2018) work.
Reflect on the Agile adoption roadmap that you developed for your organization in previous sessions and decide what you would add in the context of Sommer (2019) and Ljung and Udesen, (2019).
Compare and contrast the project that you completed in Sessions 1 and 3 with the video summary of the Agile Scrum methodology implementation. Include lessons learned during your project in contrast to the conceptual video summary.
