1) Choose your Hypothesis (choose a hypothesis that fits well with your presentation technique) 
2) Write a background that summarizes the field in your hypothesis statement (do not use quotes and use however many refs that you feel support your statements). 
3) Choose 2-3 Aims/Goals that you as a scientist would work toward in order to support your hypothesis 
4) Under each aim/goal elaborate on the actual experiments you will perform to reach your stated aims/goals (some of these experiments will have the technique you talked about in your presentation)
