Techniques to detect organized crime

 Create a narrative podcast from the view of a public liaison of a law enforcement agency. Your podcast will identify the state of white-collar crime or organized crime in your area and the techniques the agency must employ to detect them.
Pretend that a large organized crime syndicate was caught in your area, and you are the official that needs to inform the public. Explain the crimes that the syndicate conducted (hypothetical) and the charges pending for violating laws. Make sure that you charge the syndicate with enhancements that will allow forfeiture of property.  You can explain the hypothetical forfeiture, but you need to explain what laws allowed the system to take the syndicates property and how they knew that property could be part of the forfeiture.  Use the elements of the crime to help you do this.  Make a transcript of the podcast.
