This module aims to provide students with an understanding of programme management and its links the organisations strategy. By the end of the module, students should be aware and be able to critically evaluate the following:

3. Understand, implement, analyse and critically evaluate project management maturity models (PMMM).

4. Develop programme management structures and processes;

5. Critique programme management methods currently available (i.e. APM, MSP, PMI).

6. Demonstrates critical and reflective analysis of theories, practices and frameworks from the module.

7. Applies a range of competing concepts and principles.

8. Analyses wider context and implications for practice/subject.

9. Provides evidence of substantial research across a range of sources.

10. Communicates effectively with excellent presentation of format used.
