2022 Talent Re-set Conversation and Essay
The Purpose of this session and team essay is to engage MIE 432 students in a conversation with current HR professionals to learn about the “ new “ work environment, the considerations of firms to address the attraction and retention of talent in a dynamic time and the skills needed for HR professionals to excel.
The Great Resignation is a term that is being used to describe current labor trends, but is that too generic of a description to really capture the Employer- Employee dynamics in 2022?
On February 28 we will host many NCSU HR concentration alumni and members of our NCSU HR Advisory Board in a facilitated conversation. There will be a panel that will share some thoughts and then in breakout rooms we will continue the conversation.
